Rosey Bourkes are native to Australia. They are gentle, good-natured, quiet aviary birds and make good apartment pets. Handfed Rosey Bourkes make nice pets but are not know as talkers. They can live 10-12 years.

I have an African Gray (17) and a Green-cheeked conure (7) that I got just weaned. I have raised Cocketiels and Brotogaris, Gray-Cheeked in the past. I work at home so spend lots of time with my birds.
